In the slow cooker you can cook a wide variety of main dishes. If you think that in a slow cooker you can only stew vegetables, meat or cook for a second cereal, you are mistaken. A slow cooker is a universal appliance in which you can fry, steam and even cook spaghetti.

The main thing is to learn how to choose the right modes and be able to combine them.

You can cook steamed fish, meatballs, meatballs, dumplings, vegetables, and even scrambled eggs. In the stew mode, meat in sauce and a variety of stews are delicious. In the "baking" mode, casseroles, pies and omelets are prepared.

A slow cooker allows you to not only prepare delicious second courses, but also significantly reduce the cooking time, especially for meat.

Second course recipe in a slow cooker 1. Fragrant pork ribs with potatoes

Ingredients

  • 700 g of pork ribs;

  • 30 ml of vegetable oil;

  • two carrots;

  • drinking water - one and a half glasses;

  • 40 g of tomato paste;

  • garlic - three cloves;

  • 30 g sour cream;

  • 5 g of mustard;

  • 10 g of provence herbs;

  • two bow heads;

  • kitchen salt;

  • greenery;

  • six potatoes.

Cooking method

1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Remove the peel from carrots with a special knife for peeling vegetables, and spend it heavily.

2. Put the appliance in the “frying” mode for ten minutes. Pour in oil and fry vegetables in it.

3. Wash the ribs, dry with a cloth and cut one at a time. Put them on a vegetable fry. Sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.

4. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into cubes. Put the vegetable on top of the meat.

5. In a separate cup, mix sour cream with tomato paste, mustard and Provence herbs. Salt and dilute the resulting mixture with drinking water.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 160 g of wheat porridge;

  • two zucchini;

  • two eggplant.

Cooking method

1. We wash wheat groats several times in warm water.
