• 300 ml of water or broth;

Cooking

For this dish, it is better to use fat sour cream. You can add a little mayonnaise to it.

Ingredients

• 0.4 kg of pork;

• 0.5-0.6 kg of potatoes;

• 250 ml sour cream;

• garlic, dill;

• 30 ml of oil.

Cooking

1. Pour oil into a saucepan. Turn on the slow cooker, set the baking immediately.

2. While the oil is heating, we cut the pork into cubes of two centimeters or cubes.

3. Throw meat into a slow cooker and fry very much, the crust should turn out to be almost brown. It will take about twenty minutes, do not close the lid.

5. Mix sour cream with a glass of water, add garlic and salt. Pour into the potatoes.

Pork with potatoes in a slow cooker - useful tips and tricks

• If the meat in the multicooker does not want to brown, then you can add a little soy sauce to it. But after this, you need to make sure that the dish does not burn, as the crust will start to set very quickly.
