Cooking method

1. Dice bell peppers and chili peppers. Finely chop the onion. Finely chop the greens.

2. In a large bowl, beat the olive oil, lime and lemon juice.

3. Mix the beans, all prepared peppers, onions, herbs, season with salt and pepper, mix thoroughly again. Before serving, let stand in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Cooking method:

1. After washing and peeling the seeds, cut them into halves, squeeze them slightly and place on a well-heated grill.

2. Cook grilled peppers until soft and rosy.

3. After placing the finished peppers in a plastic bag, allow them to cool and free them from the skin. Then gently tear into strips.

4. Grind the garlic, chop the parsley.

5. Gently mix the peppers in a bowl with garlic, salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and parsley, and serve.

Recipe 4: Pepper Salad with Sesame Seeds

Thanks to the spicy combination of vegetables with soy sauce and its sweet notes that are shaded with fried sesame seeds, this dish has a completely unique and exotic taste.

Ingredients:

2 onions;
5 sweet peppers;
4 carrots;
1 tsp lemon juice;
2 tbsp. l sesame oil;
1 tsp sesame seeds;
a pinch of sugar;
to taste soy sauce, salt, garlic powder.

Cooking method:

1. Grate peeled carrots on a coarse grater and fry it in heated oil until half ready.

2. Cut the peeled onions in half rings and also fry until transparent, then mix it with carrots, brown sugar, lemon juice, part of soy sauce and garlic powder.

3. Frying sesame seeds until golden brown, add it to vegetables, mix everything.

4. After cutting peeled straws into strips, fry it until the liquid evaporates, then, adding oil, fry for about 7 minutes on low heat with constant stirring.

5. Mix pepper with previously prepared vegetables, season with spices and remaining soy sauce.
