Ingredients

• 3 eggs;

• a glass of sugar;

• oil 100 grams;

• a glass of kefir;

• 200 g of plums;

• 200 g of apples;

• 1 tsp soda;

• 270 g flour;

• vanilla.

Cooking

1. Break eggs into a bowl for kneading dough, add sugar and vanilla, whisk with a whisk.

2. Add melted butter, stir. It should not be hot, otherwise the eggs may curl.

3. Now pour kefir, immediately throw a teaspoon of soda, you do not need to extinguish. Kefir will do everything perfectly.

4. Stir everything with a whisk until smooth and add flour.

5. The dough will turn out a little liquid, similar to biscuit. Pour it into a greased form.

6. The oven should already be warm, set to 170 degrees.

7. Dismantle the plums in halves, each cut lengthwise into two parts, so that elongated pieces are obtained.

8. Apples cut into similar strips.

9. Put the fruit on the cake, alternating apples with plums.

10. Put to bake for 40 minutes, check the fruit cake for readiness with a wooden stick.

Open pie with apples and plums from yeast dough

A recipe for a yeast pie with apples and plums, which has little dough and a lot of fruit filling. Knead the dough two hours before the expected baking time.

Ingredients

• 7 g of yeast;

• 380 g flour;

• 70 g of sugar;

• a little salt;

• 60 g of melted butter;

• egg;

• 130 ml of milk.

For filling:

• 700 g of apples;

• 700 g of plums;

• 4 tablespoons of sugar;

• 1 tsp cinnamon (without a hill).

Cooking

1. As already mentioned, the dough must be made in advance. In warm milk, add sugar, salt, dilute dry yeast according to the recipe or add 20 g of raw. Pour the melted butter, break the egg, shake thoroughly.

2. Add flour and knead the dough for at least five minutes. Roll up the homogeneous mass with a bun, leave for a couple of hours until it rises well.

3. Rinse the plums and apples before forming the cake, at the same stage, turn on the preheated oven. Set 180 degrees.

4. Cut the fruit into slices that are similar in size.

5. Take out the dough, roll out a thin cake from it. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.

6. Now you need to lay out the apples and plums, you can alternate one piece at a time or in rows, several pieces, for example, two pieces of one fruit and two of the other. In general, we put it on the rolled dough with the skin down.

7. Now mix the sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle the cake on top. It will turn out perfectly if there is brown sugar.

8. Put the cake to bake for 20-25 minutes, make sure that the bottom is not burnt. As soon as the bottom is browned, you can remove the pan from the oven.

Pie with apples and plums from the finished dough

For the pie you will need one layer of puff pastry, weighing about 300 grams. Plums and apples, choose hard, not very juicy, otherwise the bottom of the pie may be raw.

Ingredients

• puff pastry;

• 10 plums;

• 2 apples;

• 2 tablespoons of sugar;

• 4 tablespoons of white crackers;

• cinnamon to taste.

Cooking

1. Cut the dough sheet in shape. It’s more convenient and economical to bake a rectangular cake. With a round product, a lot of scraps are obtained.

2. Transfer the layer to the form, sprinkle with crackers.

3. Cut plums and apples into slices, but not finely. Scatter on the cake. If the dough is left between the slices, then that's okay.

Ingredients

• 0.3 cups of sugar;

• 1.5 cups flour;

• 150 g margarine (or butter);

• egg and yolk for lubrication;

• 2 tablespoons of starch;

• plums and apples 0.5 kg;

• 0.5 cups of sugar for filling;

• cinnamon.

Cooking

1. Mash softened butter or margarine with flour and sugar, add one egg and knead shortbread dough. If suddenly the egg is small and the dough is too dry, you can add a little milk or sour cream.

2. Separate 2/3 of the dough, roll out the cake, shift into a mold, sprinkle with starch. You can use crackers or semolina in the same way.

3. Arrange the sliced ​​apples and plums. Fruits can be taken in any proportion, but when laying out the pieces, it is advisable to alternate.

4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the cake, which you can simply stir together.

5. Now take the rest of the dough, roll out an elongated cake, cut into ribbons.

6. Put the ribbons on the cake, you can make a classic mesh or other patterns.

7. Grease the cake with yolk, set to bake. The oven should already be heated to 200 degrees. On average, a fruit miracle will take about half an hour.

Pie with apples and plums on sour cream

A variant of a delicious and juicy pie, in the dough for which it is desirable to use fat sour cream from 15% and above. You can take a slightly acidified product, it will not affect the taste.

Ingredients

1. sugar 120 grams;

2. flour 200 grams;

3. fruit 500 grams together;

4. 1 tsp. cultivator;

5. three eggs;

6. 0.5 lemons.

For a finish topping, you need a spoonful of powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla with cinnamon, you can do one thing.

1. Dismantle the plums in half, cut the apples into small pieces. Do not mix fruits together, set aside.

4. Beat eggs for a minute with a mixer, gradually add granulated sugar. Beat until the mass is tripled.

7. Add the apples and stir a little more, shift the dough into a mold.

8. Now scatter the halves of the plums from above, cut down. You do not need to deepen anything, the dough itself will envelop them during baking.

9. Place in the oven. Cook the pie until dry. Duration depends on the thickness of the layer, on average about 25-35 minutes.

10. Cool, remove from the mold, sprinkle with powder or cinnamon, you can decorate with fondant or any icing at your discretion.

Pie with apples and plums - useful tips and tricks

• For all the ingredients of the dough to merge together, and it always turned out, the products should have the same temperature. You can just get everything in advance on the table, stand for an hour and start kneading. An exception may be oil, which is sometimes needed melted or frozen.

• Shortbread dough and puff pastry like cold, yeast dough like warmth. If you do not know this, then you can just ruin the base of the cake.

• So that the bottom of the baking does not become very wet, does not remain moist from fruit juice, you need to sprinkle crusts or semolina before laying the filling.
