Ingredients

  • lingonberry - kilogram;

1. Pour some of the lingonberry into a bowl, fill it with cold water and mix with your hands so that all the debris, leaves and twigs will surface. Berries that are drowned must be discarded. We also get rid of crushed, shriveled and brown fruits. The procedure is repeated three times. We discard the moved lingonberry on a sieve and leave it to water glass. We shift the berries into an enameled basin. So do the rest of the berries.

2. Pour sugar over cranberries and leave for several hours. Stir so that all the sugar is in the juice of the berries. Pour a glass of purified water and send the basin to a moderate fire. Warm up, periodically stirring so that the sugar does not burn.
