Such cutlets are prepared in two ways: add cheese directly to the minced meat, or put it inside.

For this dish, you can use any stuffing. It can be purchased at the store, but it is better to cook at home from meat.

Cutlets are cooked according to a traditional recipe. Bread or roll is soaked in cream or milk. Then add it to the minced meat. In addition, put onion and garlic in the minced meat, which is passed through a meat grinder, or chopped in a blender. Shake the eggs in a separate bowl and only after that add to the minced meat. All mix, seasoning with salt and pepper. Finely rub the cheese, put in the minced meat and mix again.

To cook cutlets with cheese inside, it is cut into bars. A cake is made from the cutlet mass, a cheese block is placed inside and cutlets are formed. You can also make stuffing from cheese by mixing it with herbs and garlic.

Cutlets are fried in well-heated lean oil, breaded in flour or crackers.

1. Place the thawed minced meat in a suitable bowl. Add the egg and mix.

4. Peel and pass the garlic through a press. Send onion and garlic to the minced meat. Send bread here, having previously squeezed it. Knead well, seasoning with salt and spices.

5. Cut the cheese into small slices. Having made a tortilla out of minced meat, put a slice of cheese in the middle and wrap the edges. Roll the patties in flour and fry over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.

A loaf or bread is better to soak in milk for at least half an hour.
