"House" is not so much a recipe as a dessert assembly technology. Although by experience, the housewives nevertheless reached the optimal set of products - curd cream, fruits and cookies. Each craftswoman has her favorite variety, but, in general, any one will do - experiment on health.

Cake "House" of cookies - general principles of preparation

• To make a house you will need any square or rectangular cookie. It can be either soft or hard, simple or chocolate. From cookies, you can form almost any kind of "house", from the simplest form to a high-rise building with a triangular roof. Cake may require cling film, parchment paper, or foil. Such materials at hand facilitate the assembly process.

• Layers of cookies are coated with curd. She holds her form well, which does not allow the "house" to disintegrate. Since the dessert does not undergo heat treatment, the fermented milk product should be only of the first freshness. Its fat content does not play a special role and can be selected, taking into account your own preferences. The main thing is that the cottage cheese should not be grainy or excessively wet.

• Regardless of the structure, the cottage cheese is pre-ground on a sieve or whipped for a splendor with a blender. For sweetening, use granulated sugar or powder. It is worth noting that sugar grains do not dissolve well in cottage cheese, so it is still better to replace it with powder.

• To curd, to enhance the taste, you can add fresh berries and fruits, sliced ​​with marmalade, chopped lemon peel. Often all or only part of the curd is tinted with cocoa powder.

• Decorate the cake by pouring chocolate icing or cream. For the preparation of glaze, natural chocolate is used. Such frosting with easy hardening lays in a more even layer and does not drain.

Cake "House" of cookies with cottage cheese and condensed milk

Ingredients:

• shortbread cookies not very crumbly, square - 21 pcs.;

• 100 ml of milk.

For filling:

• a pound of fat cottage cheese;

• a quarter cup of any nuts, better than walnuts;

• a full glass of pitted raisins;

• 75 gr. Sahara;

• two tablespoons of condensed milk.

In cream:

• a tablespoon of cocoa powder;

• whole condensed milk, GOST quality - 3/4 can;

• natural butter, cream - 150 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Dry, you can even fry a little, nuts in a dry frying pan, scald raisins with boiling water and dry the berries with a towel dry.

2. Grind the cooled nuts, cottage cheese and dried raisins with a meat grinder. Add condensed sugar and mix well.

3. Prepare the cream. Stir the cocoa powder in the condensed milk, add the chopped and pre-softened butter and beat until smooth at medium speed.

4. Take a large sheet of foil, line it with cling film and lay out cookies to outline the area. Stack seven in length and three in width. Mark the borders of the future cake, then remove the cookies and apply cream to the surface of the cling film, slightly protruding beyond the marked line.

5. Pour milk into a wide bowl and, quickly dipping one liver into it, put them on the cream with a layer.

6. On the middle strip of cookies, lay out all the curd filling. Free, with the help of a film, install a house and gently press your hands against the curd mass.

7. Wrap the cake in foil and put it away for a period of eight to 12 hours in the general compartment of the refrigerator.

Cake "House" of cookies with chocolate icing

Ingredients:

• square cookies "Melon" - 24 pieces;

• 300 gr. cheese curds with any taste;

• dark low-percentage chocolate - 150 g .;

• 250 ml of pasteurized milk.

Cooking method:

1. Cover the rough cutting board with parchment or a layer of film, you can take a sheet of foil. Lightly heat the milk.

2. In the center of the hardened surface in three rows, lay out twelve cookie squares moistened in milk and grease them with a cheese mass.

3. On top, lay out another layer of moistened cookies and also coat it with curd.

4. On the middle row, put more curd mass, forming a small pea out of it.

5. Using a film, raising the side rows of cookies to the center, form a house, and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

6. Melt chocolate finely chopped or grated into a coarse grater until liquid. Pouring with a spoon, cover with chocolate mass the roof of the house, and again put it in the cold until the chocolate has completely hardened.

Cake "House" of cookies and cottage cheese with marmalade

Ingredients:

• a pound of fresh fat cottage cheese;

• two tablespoons of dry, fresh powdered sugar;

• pack of natural, 72%, oil;

• vanilla sugar powder - 1 g .;

• 400 gr. multi-colored marmalade;

• a third of a spoon of chopped lemon peel;

• 60 gr. dark dry cocoa;

• cookies of a symmetrical, square shape - 30 pieces.

Cooking method:

1. Soak the butter until soft, keeping it at room temperature, beat it with a mixer, gradually adding sugar powder.

2. Add the grated cottage cheese, vanilla through a sieve and whisk again, achieving splendor.

3. Finely chop the marmalade in arbitrary pieces and, together with the lemon peel, mix it in the curd. Then divide the mass in half and color one of the parts with cocoa powder.

4. Place the cookie on a sheet of foil in the shape of a rectangle. There should be five on one edge and three on the other.

5. Put the whole chocolate mass on a layer of cookies with an even layer and cover it with the next layer of cookies. Spread it with a white mass of cottage cheese, and put more on the middle row.

6. Carefully lifting the longer rows toward the center with a sheet of foil, form a cake with a house. Fasten the edges of the foil and place the dessert in the cold. For better impregnation, keep the cake warm for about an hour and only then refrigerate.

Cake "House" of cookies with glazed curds

Ingredients:

• square, preferably crumbly, cookies - 18 pcs.;

• half a kilo of 9%, elastic cottage cheese;

• glazed curd cheese - 2-3 pcs.;

• powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;

• three tablespoons of warm butter, cream;

• cocoa powder - one and a half tablespoons;

• 100 gram bar of bitter 76% chocolate;

• 150 ml of milk.

Cooking method:

1. Mash and grind the cottage cheese with soft butter and powder, and then grind the resulting mass through a sieve. Separate a little more than a third, and mix cocoa into it.

2. Put the cookies moistened in milk with a layer on a sheet of parchment so that three things lie on each side. Distribute half of the white curd mass over them evenly.

3. Along the center row, lay the glazed curds, and they still have a little white curd. Set the side rows of cookies vertically at right angles - these will be the "walls" of the house. Fill the empty spaces with the remaining white curd mass and lay on top a row of wetted cookies, the so-called overlap.

4. Put the whole cacao cottage cheese tinted on it, giving it a triangular shape. Moisten the remaining cookies with milk and attach to the dark curd mass, forming a "roof".

5. Break the chocolate bar into small squares and melt in a water bath. After the chocolate mass has cooled slightly, apply it with a spatula to the cookies from which the roof of the cake is formed.

Cake "House" of cookies and cottage cheese with bananas

Ingredients:

• fifteen chocolate cookies, square;

• 300 gr. elastic cottage cheese;

• two medium bananas;

• three large spoons of small sugar;

• sour cream, fat content above 30% - 3 tbsp. l .;

Cooking method:

1. On a sheet of parchment, lay a cling film and put cookies on it in a rectangular layer in three rows.

2. Rub the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. For a more airy filling, grind the curd on a sieve. Sugar can be added to your taste.

3. Slightly more than half the cottage cheese lay on a layer of cookies and smooth over the entire surface. It is more convenient to do this with a wide knife, which, so that the curd does not stick, periodically moisten with boiled water.

4. Put peeled bananas on the center row of cookies. If the fruit has a curved shape, even the concavity with the curd.

5. On the bananas, lay out the remaining cottage cheese and fold the "house", lifting the side rows for the film to the center.

6. Firmly press the cookies to the curd, wrap the cake with parchment and remove for six hours to soak in the cold.

Four-story cake "House" of cookies and cottage cheese

Ingredients:

• cookies, friable, friable, square - 24 pieces;

• 50 ml of milk;

• four tablespoons of thick cream;

• granulated sugar or powder - 3 tbsp. l .;

• 400 gr. fat, non-grainy curd;

• fresh berries: raspberries, blueberries - to taste.

For chocolate glaze:

• bitter, high percent tiled chocolate - 50 gr.;

• one and a half teaspoons of refined sunflower oil;

• 30 gr. white non-porous chocolate.

Cooking method:

1. Mix the grated cottage cheese thoroughly with cream and sugar. For splendor, beat the mass with a blender or mixer. Add berries to the curd and mix gently, being careful not to crush them.

2. Dip four cookies in milk one at a time, lay them on one side on parchment or foil and cover with a curd layer. Put the next layer of wet cookies on top, grease with cottage cheese and it. In this way, lay two more rows, four floors should turn out.

3. On the top row of cookies, lay out the remaining curd mass, and attach the remaining cookies to it, forming a triangular roof. Wrap the cake tightly with parchment and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

4. Melt the black and white chocolate separately in a water bath. Adjust the thickness of the chocolate glaze by adding vegetable oil.

5. Pour the roof of the house with dark glaze, and when it hardens a little, pouring a white stream from a spoon with a thin stream, apply an arbitrary pattern on the roof.

Useful tips and tricks for making a cake "House" of cookies

• The hardness of cookies does not have a special role, as it is dipped in milk before folding the cake. It’s enough to dip soft cookies in milk for no more than a couple of seconds, and to hold harder cookies in it for at least a minute.

• If the curd mass is too thick and is difficult to spread on layers of cookies, dilute it with a small amount of fat sour cream or cream.

• The amount of added sugar can vary, it all depends on the taste of the cottage cheese, or rather, how acidic it is.

• Do not place a cake of cookies and cottage cheese immediately in the refrigerator, let it stand for a while at room temperature so that the cookies are better soaked.

• The number of biscuits in the recipes, indicated on the basis of the "drawing" of the future sweet structure. If you choose a rather crumbly variety, or just are not completely sure of your experience - take it with a margin so that you do not have to build a "House" of debris.
