The preparation of any dish begins with the preparation of the ingredients. Chicken or its parts should be thawed, washed, dried, cut. If necessary, sort and rinse thoroughly. In fact, it’s very convenient to start cooking when everything has already been prepared and is waiting for its moment, than each time you climb for something new and necessary in the refrigerator or cabinet.

Usually, the meat is slightly fried first, and then mixed with cereal, so everything comes to readiness at the same time. But you can pickle chicken, then the time for heat treatment is reduced. If you have to bake cereals and chicken, the ingredients should be placed on a baking sheet at a time, but you should monitor the amount of liquid, otherwise the rice will remain harsh.

The distinctive flavoring feature of the hot is given by the additional components used: both rice and chicken in themselves have a rather fresh taste, but they perfectly absorb the tastes of other products. Chicken and Rice Recipe: Step by Step

Ingredients:

• chicken drumsticks - 8 pcs.;

• steamed rice - 250 g;

• butter - 50 g;

• 2 medium onions.

For milk sauce:

• milk with high fat content - half a liter;

• 1 cup mayonnaise;

• garlic - 5 cloves.

In addition to all the ingredients, take half a bunch of fresh parsley, about four large spoons of sunflower oil for frying, a small amount of salt if desired and black allspice powder.

Cooking method:

1. While you are cooking foods for baking, put the oven to 220 degrees warm.

2. Peel the onions, chop them into small crumbs, put them in a pan of preheated butter in a frying pan, and fry until golden brown.

3. Rinse steamed rice in several waters. If you still have any kind of rice cereal at home, you can mix them, so the dish will turn out even tastier and more interesting. Mix rice cereal with fried onions and put in a deep, large form, sprinkle with salt, pepper, pour in the water purified through the filter so that the water does not cover the cereal, but only slightly shows up from under it.

4. Thaw chicken legs well, grate with a mixture of salt and black pepper, put them in a small bowl, leave for half an hour to soak.

5. Put the marinated chicken legs in a form on rice with onions, put in a hot oven and bake a little less than one hour at a temperature of about 170-180 degrees. Just do not turn on a very high temperature, because the chicken legs may not bake, but rather burn very much, and besides, juice will flow out of them and they will not be so juicy anymore.

6. While the rice with onions and chicken legs are baked, prepare the milk sauce according to the following recipe: put mayonnaise in the milk warmed to room temperature and squeeze the garlic cloves through the garlic. If you don't like the taste of baked garlic, you can sprinkle a little granular product for flavor. Stir the milk thoroughly with garlic and mayonnaise until smooth.

7. When the rice with chicken legs and onions becomes soft, open the oven door, fill the dish with milk sauce, adjust the oven temperature to 220 degrees and put it on until the milk boils.

Ingredients:

• any rice - 1.5 cups;

• 1 onion;

• green onions - 5 stalks;

• bell pepper - 1 pc.;

• large tomato - 1 pc.;

• 2 handfuls of green beans frozen;

• a small chicken carcass;

• 250 ml of tomato sauce;

• sour cream - half a glass.

For tomato sauce:

• onion head;

• 1 carrot;

• tomato paste - 20 mg;

• black pepper powder, salt - 10 grams each;

• vegetable oil - 30 ml;

• flour - 30 g.

Also take 130 ml of sunflower oil for roasting vegetables, seasoning paprika with ground half a pack, a pinch of granulated sugar to give the dish sweetness, salt to taste and three or four cloves of garlic to give aroma and slightly island flavor. Take homemade garlic, as it is the most spicy and has a more pronounced flavor. And also you will need to prepare half a glass of water purified through a filter, plus one glass for tomato sauce.

Cooking method:

1. Carrot, peel the onion, wash, chop the onion with small crumbs, chop the carrots on a grater with large teeth. At bell pepper, cut the stalk, remove the seeds, rinse, cut into small cubes. Pour the tomato for several minutes with hot water, remove the peel, chop the pulp with a knife, peel the garlic and squeeze through the garlic. Rub the chicken pieces well with salt, sprinkle with some seasonings if desired.

4. First, put a small amount of a mixture of vegetables and rice groats in a deep frying pan, then lay out the pieces of chicken, top with a mixture of rice and vegetables, flatten well with a spoon, pour half a glass of filtered water, sprinkle with ground paprika on top.

5. Put the pan with all contents in a hot oven and bake for several minutes at a moderate temperature of about 200-220 degrees. After some time, open the oven door, cover the dish with foil, reduce heat to 160 degrees and bake until the cereals and vegetables are completely softened and the liquid evaporates. If the liquid has already evaporated, and the cereal is still solid, pour a small amount of hot water, remove the foil and bake until the cereal softens and a beautiful light brown crust forms.

6. Prepare the tomato sauce as follows: peel the onions and carrots, chop the onions with small crumbs, carrots - on a grater with small teeth, passer in a frying pan with sunflower oil until golden brown. Add tomato to the fried vegetables, fry a little, add flour (before adding flour, fry it a little in a dry frying pan). Heat vegetables with flour a little and pour one glass of purified water, salt, you can put a leaf of parsley, add black pepper, boil for several minutes.

7. Mix the cooked cooled tomato sauce with sour cream, salt to taste, add a pinch of sugar, add chopped garlic and pour into a pan with vegetables, rice and chicken, heat in the oven a little.

8. Cool the finished dish a little and put it on portioned plates, put a piece of chicken on each, and put slices of any fresh vegetables next to it.
