Today we want to share with you a very simple recipe for lemon pie. It’s really simple to cook it, and the lemon smell that will spread throughout the apartment during baking cannot be left unnoticed.

A pie is being prepared from a minimal set of products. So we can say that this is a pie from the category - the guests are on the doorstep.

What is the plus of this pie? In that it can be supplemented with nuts, raisins or dried fruits. If you take raisins or goji berries, then pour boiling water over them first. So that the berries do not settle on the bottom of the pie, they will need to be rolled in flour.

First, pre-fry the nuts for the pie beam. But nuts interrupt the taste of lemon, although they give an interesting taste. So you should try the different options for this baking.

Ingredients:

Eggs - 3 pcs.;

Lemon - 1 piece;

Flour - 1 glass;

Sugar - 1 cup;

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

As you can see, the set of products is minimal, as with a simple biscuit. So the cake can be called lemon biscuit boldly. What do we start to do first? Prepare a lemon. Look at your lemon and try to determine how it has the skin (cutting off the ass). If it is thick-skinned, you will have to separately remove the zest, then remove the white portion of the lemon, and then grind everything. If you are lucky and your lemon, like ours with a thin skin, then just douse it with boiling water, and the regimen for 4-6 parts.

Grind lemon in mashed potatoes in a blender bowl or a hand blender.

Set the lemon aside and combine the eggs and sugar in a bowl. It is not necessary to separate the proteins from the yolks.

Beat eggs with sugar in a strong foam (sugar should dissolve). It takes 5-7 minutes at high speeds of the mixer.

Add sifted flour with soda to the eggs.

When the dough is mixed with flour, add lemon puree. Mix the dough and see how it increases in front of the eyes. After all, lemon quenches soda. Therefore, the dough turns out airy, as well as the baking in the end.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper or grease with oil and pour the dough. It will increase markedly in volume, so leave room for the "growth" of the cake.

We bake a lemon pie in the oven (you can also in the slow cooker) at 170-180 degrees for 20-35 minutes. The cake is browned and rises.
