If you are a fan of hearty and not very difficult to prepare snacks, then a salad with mushrooms and chicken is exactly what you need. Such a dish will be by the way on the festive table, and an ordinary family dinner will make it special.

A mushroom and chicken salad can be your favorite snack for several reasons. Firstly, the products that are required for its preparation are quite everyday and available to families with different budgets. Secondly, it takes very little time to prepare it. Thirdly, the components for the salad are thermally processed in different ways: boiled chicken is adjacent to the fried mushrooms with onions, which gives the appetizer a special taste. And finally, the salad with mushrooms and chicken is very tasty and satisfying, and this, you see, is the most important thing. So let's cook together.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 250 g;

Mushrooms - 150-200 g;

Hard cheese - 200 g;

Onions - 1 pc.;

Potatoes - 2-3 pcs.;

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;

Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l .;

Cooking oil for frying;

Salt to taste.

Step-by-step cooking of salad with mushrooms and chicken.

To begin with, finely chop and fry the onions.

As soon as the onion is browned, add the crushed champignons. They must first be washed under running water and cut off the edges of the legs.

Fry mushrooms with onions over medium heat until the mushrooms darken and the onions become transparent. Before removing the pan, salt and season the ingredients a little. We leave the mushrooms, let them cool.

Boil chicken breast or fillet in salted water. Cut the cooled meat into small cubes. In this salad, almost all the components are cut the same way, so we keep a guide to how the meat is cut.

We cut the boiled eggs in the same way and send to the chicken.

The cheese for this salad is selected medium fat: "Edam", "Russian" or "Dutch". Also grind it with a cube.

Cut the boiled potatoes and put in the salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients. In order to easily remove boiled potatoes from their “uniforms”, make a shallow circular cut on raw potatoes, and when they are boiled, immediately transfer them to very cold water, and then the peel will peel off easily, like a stocking.

Add the cooled fried mushrooms to other salad ingredients.

Dress salad with mayonnaise.

Mix the appetizer and try it on the salt.

Serve on the table in a salad bowl or portioned, serving with a cooking ring. Decorate with herbs and contrasting grains of pomegranate or cranberry. Salad with mushrooms and chicken is ready! Enjoy!
