The simple dish that we offer to cook today will perfectly diversify your everyday menu and bring sophistication. Hake is a fish that always turns out delicious. You can cook it in different ways. One option is to bake in the oven under vegetables, so it opens its taste to the fullest.

Ingredients:

Hake - 1 kg;

Onion - 1 pc.;

Carrots - 1 pc.;

Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l .;

Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l

Flour - 3 tbsp. l .;

Recipe:

Before you put everything in the oven, we suggest you pass the vegetables and fry the fish. Therefore, we cut the onions in half rings, and three carrots on a coarse grater.

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and spread the vegetables. We pass for 7 minutes over medium heat.

Add tomato paste and keep on fire for another 2-3 minutes.

We clean the fish and cut it into pieces. You can immediately parse the hake on the filet. But since there are not many seeds in the hake, we do not see the need for this. After baking, the bones are easily separated from the fish.

Put the fish in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Bread every slice in flour.

Fry the fish over high heat until golden brown. Do not leave, the fish will fry very quickly.

In the baking dish - portioned, put the fish.

Spread vegetables on top. We send the form to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

While preparing fish, you can cook a side dish, for example, mashed potatoes. Serve the hake immediately while it is hot.
