Leonid Yarmolnik lost the election to the Moscow City Duma

Unlike his lucky colleague, Leonid Yarmolnik failed to win the elections to the Moscow City Duma.

With a small margin, the head doctor of the polyclinic Vera Shastina 220 became a deputy. She collected 28.4% of the vote, while Yarmolnik - 27.4%.
