Popular actor Boris Galkin sued 50,000 rubles from Express newspaper. The Savelovsky Court of Moscow, having considered the lawsuit of Galkin, in which he accused the “yellow” publication of unlawfully disclosing information about the personal life of his and his family, as well as of using several photos without permission, decided to recover the agreed amount in favor of the actor.
The artist’s lawyers have noticed that publications that bring famous people to court with their publications themselves harm themselves, harming their readers and destroying public morality.
Curiously, some time ago, Galkin had already received 150 thousand rubles from Express Gazette, when the publication also published information about the actor's personal life, saying he married singer Inna.
