It seems that today it is impossible to surprise anyone with a dish of potatoes and meat. But, despite this, such dishes are a frequent guest in the kitchen of any hostess.

This is understandable: such dishes are not difficult to prepare, very tasty and satisfying, suitable for both everyday and festive tables, in addition, this is an excellent opportunity to cook meat and side dishes at the same time.

Today we will cook a delicious, fragrant pork with potatoes in foil in the oven according to long-loved and new recipes.

Oven pork with potatoes in a foil - the basic principles of preparation

• Pork. You can use any part of the pork: brisket, neck, ribs. The meat can be baked in large chunks or in small pieces. A large piece of pork requires pre-marinating: usually it is enough to make incisions, grate with spices. Small pieces can simply be salt and pepper and mix. Dried fruits, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms will add extra flavor to meat.

• Potatoes. It is washed and cleaned. Bake whole, cut in half or circles. If the potatoes are young, then you can not peel them, just rinse thoroughly with a special brush.

• Spices, herbs, herbs, onions, garlic - strengthen and emphasize the taste of pork with potatoes.

• Roasting. The prepared ingredients are laid out on a foil-lined mold, poured over with sour cream or mayonnaise sauce if desired, and sprinkled with grated cheese. Still covered with one layer of foil and sent for an hour or a half, depending on the type of cutting, into the oven.

1. Pork with potatoes in a foil in the oven according to the classic recipe

Ingredients:

• nine medium potatoes;

• pork - half a kilogram;

• onion greens - 2 bunches;

• vegetable oil - 150 ml;

• ground pepper - 10 g;

• caraway seeds - 10 g;

• seasoning paprika - 10 g;

• salt - 5 g.

Cooking method

1. Peeled clean potatoes cut into circles with a thickness of 1.5 cm. Dry on a paper towel.

2. We wash the pork meat, cut out the excess fat, but not all, so that the meat turns out to be juicy. We also dry the medium cube mode. We put the meat in a deep cup, sprinkle it with salt, seasonings and mix thoroughly so that all the pieces are rolled in seasonings.

3. We take a sheet for baking, we put foil on it so that its edges hang from the sides of the sheet. We put chopped potatoes on top, followed by meat, sprinkle with chopped onion greens, mix everything well. Sprinkle with sunflower oil and mix again.

4. Wrap, the contents of the sheet, the edges of the foil, and send in a hot oven to bake for 2 hours.

5. After an hour, open the oven and check for readiness meat and potatoes by bumping them with a fork or knife.

6. When the main products are completely baked, take out of the oven, remove the foil and put it hot on portioned plates, sprinkled with chopped greens. If you need a golden crust to form on the surface of the potato, you can open the foil slightly a few minutes before being ready.

7. At the time of serving, you can also pour baked meat and potatoes with some sauce (tomato, sour cream and others), or serve with sauerkraut, pickles, tomatoes and pickled mushrooms.

2. Pork with potatoes in a foil in the oven with mayonnaise and sour cream

Ingredients:

• pork tenderloin - half a kilogram;

• 8 pieces of medium potatoes;

• onion - 2 heads;

• fat sour cream - 1 cup;

• mayonnaise - 200 g;

• various spices, salt - 10 g;

• garlic in dried form - 5 g;

• sunflower oil - 50 ml.

Cooking method

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into 3 identical pieces in the same way as into the chops. We beat off with a cooking hammer, salt and sprinkle with seasoning.

2. Peel, wash the potatoes, cut into circles with a thickness of 1.5 mm.

3. We put the foil on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with sunflower oil.

4. The first layer we put 4 onion rings, 1 cm thick.

5. Onion put 1 piece of meat, grease it well with sour cream and mayonnaise. On top of the meat we have 5 slices of potatoes. Sprinkle everything with salt and dried garlic, grease again with sour cream.

6. We turn the edges of the foil so that it does not lie tightly on the potatoes. We do the same with the remaining pieces of meat and potatoes.

7. Put all three baking sheets in a hot oven, bake for 40 minutes.

8. At the end of this time, unfold the edges of the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.

9. Immediately after baking, serve to the table, sprinkled with herbs.

3. Pork with potatoes in a foil in the oven in the marinade

Ingredients:

• pork meat - 0.5 kg;

• 6 medium potatoes;

• onions - 2.5 kg;

• mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. spoons.

For marinade:

• seasoning for barbecue - 2 packs;

• sunflower oil - 100 ml;

• salt of 10 g;

• garlic - 1 clove.

Cooking method

1. Cut the prepared meat into 6 equal pieces, put in a deep cup, add onions in half rings, seasoning, salt, pepper, leave for several hours for marinating.

2. On the baking sheet we line 6 parts of the foil, put the cubes of potatoes on them.

3. On top of the potatoes marinated meat with onions.

4. We carefully pack each portion and send it to a hot oven to bake for 1.5 hours.

5. After an hour, open the foil, grease the contents with mayonnaise, sprinkle with garlic and again leave to bake for another 30 minutes, but with the foil open.

6. Put the prepared meat and potatoes from the foil onto plates, decorate with slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, and pour over the sauce.

4. Pork with potatoes in a foil in the oven with mushrooms

Ingredients:

• pork meat - half a kilogram;

• 5 medium potatoes;

• fresh champignons - 400 g;

• two medium onions;

• parsley and dill greens - one bunch each;

• salt, black pepper - 10 g.

Cooking method

1. Mushrooms, clean, my mode medium slices.

2. We wash the meat, cut into slices 1 cm thick, beat off a little.

3. Cut the peeled potatoes into circles.

4. Onion cut into half rings.

5. On a small squares of foil, put a piece of meat, salt, pepper.

6. On top of the meat we put mushrooms, on top of potatoes, onions. Sprinkle with pepper, salt and tightly wrap the edges of the foil.

7. Put the foil with meat and potatoes on a sheet and put in a hot oven to bake for 1 hour at medium temperature.

8. When the meat and potatoes are completely baked, open the foil, take out the contents on portioned plates and serve, sprinkled with chopped garlic and herbs.

5. Oven-fried pork and potatoes marinated in white wine

Ingredients:

• pork fillet - 800 g;

• potatoes - 8 pcs.;

• 1 medium carrot;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• dry white wine - 250 ml .;

• salt, ground red and black pepper - 15 g;

• three bay leaves;

• five peas of allspice;

• thyme, oregano - 15 g;

• vegetable oil - 80 ml.

Cooking method

1. Wash the pork pulp, cut into 3 cm thick slices.

2. Pour dry white wine into a non-oxidizing pan, put all the spices. Put the meat in the finished marinade, mix well and leave for 3 hours.

3. After pickling, put the meat on paper towels and dry it.

4. We rub dry meat with seasonings and salt. For better seasoning of the meat, it can be slightly cut and spices poured into the cuts.

5. We put foil on a baking sheet.

6. In the middle of the foil we put circles of carrots and thin plastic garlic.

7. We put pieces of meat on carrots with garlic.

8. At the edges we spread the potatoes cut by medium cubes, sprinkle with salt and spices.

9. Spray the entire contents of the foil with sunflower oil and tightly wrap the edges.

10. We send in the oven to bake at a temperature of 220 degrees 60 minutes.

11. At the end of this time, open the oven, raise the foil and stab the meat with a knife, and if it is soft, we take it out of the oven. If the meat is still hard, then close the foil again and bake for another 30 minutes.

12. We bake potatoes and meat on the plates in hot form, pour over tomato sauce and sprinkle with herbs.

6. Pork with potatoes in a foil in the oven with bell pepper

Ingredients:

• pork meat - 1 kg;

• potatoes - 8 pcs.;

• salt, seasoning - 20 g;

• tomato sauce - 100 ml .;

• onions - 1 medium head;

• bell pepper - 1 pc.;

• one bunch of green parsley.

Cooking method

1. Wash the pork, cut into medium pieces, rub with salt.

2. Pour into a saucepan and pour in tomato sauce, which can be prepared at home in this way: chop the onion and carrot into a thin cube, fry in sunflower oil, add the tomato paste, fry again for 1 minute and pour the meat broth. Boil well.

3. The meat is mixed with tomato sauce and left to saturate for 1 hour.

4. After the elapsed time, we separate the meat from the sauce, mix it with chopped bell peppers and onions.

5. On the baking sheet we line the foil.

6. In the middle we spread the meat with vegetables, and around we put potato sticks 1.5 cm thick.

7. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper and seasonings on top.

8. Cover all the edges of the foil and send to the oven for 2 hours at a moderate temperature.

9. Put the prepared meat and potatoes on plates, sprinkling with parsley.

Oven pork with potatoes in a foil - tricks and tips

• If you want a delicious cheese crust, sprinkle the dish with a natural ingredient with a fat content of at least 45%. First, let it melt under the foil, and remove the foil 10-15 minutes before ready.

• If you do not want to spend a lot of time cooking, beat off the pork slices with a hammer - so the pork and potatoes in foil in the oven will cook quickly.

• To prevent juice from flowing out onto a baking sheet when baking, use a good foil while also wrapping it, making sure that there are no gaps anywhere.

• If you bake a large piece of meat, do not chop the potatoes - otherwise the potatoes will be ready, and the meat will not be cooked.

• The dish will not be dry if you pour all the ingredients with specially prepared sauce or cream.

• The aroma and taste of spices will give pork and potatoes a special taste, use various spices and herbs.

• Do not forget to open the foil at the end of cooking, so the meat and potatoes are browned.

• The finished dish is best served immediately, the cooled potatoes are not so tasty.

• Additionally, you can serve fresh, pickled vegetables, greens to pork and potatoes.
