- "Consolidation" - the duration of the phase depends on the number of lost kilograms, where 1 kg = 10 days, except for proteins and vegetables, it is allowed to eat some fruits and part of starch-containing products; twice a week, you can arrange "holidays" with high-calorie food;

- "Stabilization" - return to normal diet, 1 time / 7 days you need to eat only protein foods.

Attention: adhering to the Dukan diet, be sure to drink about 2 liters of water throughout the day, eat oat bran daily (starting with 1.5 tablespoons l., Increase the amount by 1 tsp. When going to each stage) and walk at least 20 -30 minutes.

Tina admitted that she could not sit on a protein diet for a long time, as it was tiresome to invent original dishes from only ingredients allowed by the French. I had to order home special sets of products in suitcases. The food delivered was tasty, varied, and the calorie content of the dishes was strictly calculated by nutritionists.

But Kandelaki (the owner of the Tinatin restaurant of Georgian cuisine and a good cook) didn’t want to always eat cooked food by someone. Calculating calories personally was even more tedious than dieting on Dukan, so Tina was again in search of the optimal diet for Georgian figure skaters.
