The sixth day of the Paralympic Games, held in London, replenished the Russian national team's piggy bank with thirteen medals. Seven gold, two silver and four bronze - this result was given by Russian athletes.

The swimmers Konstantin Lisenkov, who became the winner in the hundred-meter distance on the back, and Savchenko Olga, who successfully covered the distance in the 100 m freestyle, as well as the athletes Pautova Elena in the 1,500 m race, Shvetsov Evgeny in the 400 m race, Fedorich Tricolich were especially distinguished. 100m

Alexey Ashapatov stood out in the shot put, and in the relay 4 × 100 meters - the women's team (Svetlana Sergeeva, Anastasia Ovsyannikova, Margarita Goncharova, Elena Ivanova). It was these athletes who pleased Russia with “gold”.

Silver medals went to swimmers Alexander Nevolin-Svetov (freestyle 100 meters), Denis Tarasov (distance 100 meters on the back). “Bronze” rightfully went to the free-style athletes Alexander Golintovsky (400 m) and Daria Stukalova (100 m). Replenished the "bronze reserve" and Olesya Vladykina (swimming on the back of 100 m), as well as archer Stepanida Artakhinova.

At this stage, the Russian team takes 3rd place and can safely boast of its achievements: 23 gold medals, 22 silver, 17 bronze. The first line still belongs to China, which has 132 medals. Great Britain immediately follows, snatching 79 medals.
