Canadian scientists have found that reduced levels of IQ, as well as the presence of hyperactivity in children, depend on whether their mother in early pregnancy had contact with substances that give various subjects protection against fire.

Exposure of these substances (flame retardants) can increase the content of certain chemicals in the child’s brain 10 times. If this happens in a fundamental period for the development of the brain, the level of IQ is reduced by 4.5 points.

In this sense, there is a strong danger of esters, which are used as fire-resistant in the manufacture of car seats, upholstered furniture and carpets. Canadian scientists argue that the effect of these substances can be compared to the effects of lead.

When I became registered for pregnancy in the Family Doctor, the doctor immediately determined the coffee to be strictly banned. Although I did not indulge in it much before pregnancy.
